Great young ladies. The most reasonable place for flowers. The only issue I had and it was a BIG one! They have cats in the shop and instead of smelling the aroma of fresh sweet flowers it smells so strong of cat urine and there was cat feces on the floor! The cats are sweet but not everyone likes cats or may be allergic. The smell of ammonia and seeing the feces was very unprofessional and disgusting.

I was greeted by Ashley with a smile, full of energy, and ready to help. I really wasn’t sure what i wanted for a sympathy spray, but she made great suggestions and was thoughtful enough to ask if there were any cultural accommodations(I’m Asian) that need to be considered for my order. The flowers turned out better than I expected, they were just as lovely as the people. <3

Needed a flower arrangement for my sister who was having twins at FGH and it was about 30 minutes prior to them opening. I happened to go ahead and try to call them to ask a question about the availability of what they had ready from their website. Told them I was outside and the occasion. She said she would go ahead and unlock the door and let me come on in. She asked how much I was trying to spend and if my sister was having girls or boys. She got right on it and put an absolutely gorgeous arrangement of flowers together and had it ready within 15-20 minutes. Thought it was extremely nice of her cause she definitely didn’t have to do that or let alone answer the phone before their actual open time. Great customer service! Will definitely always use them again for whatever the occasion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have used University Florist a few times now, and they always do an amazing job!! This was the Mother’s Day bouquet I ordered for my mother and it was exactly what I was hoping for! No pictures given to the florist, and I did not do a great job explaining what I wanted- still, they managed to make such a beautiful, impressive bouquet that my mother loved! My boyfriend picked up the flowers for me while I was at work, and he called me raving about how gorgeous they looked. He was so excited to for me to see them because they looked so good! I don’t know her name, but the woman that helped us was so nice. All around, such a wonderful florist.
